Paul Emsley FCA – Director

Paul joined the firm in 1981 and has been a Director for many years.  He has a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of accountancy and taxation and he prides himself on his longstanding relationships with a wide variety of clients. He has developed a reputation as a trusted adviser helping them to develop and grow their businesses by providing appropriate guidance and support.

Paul also provides tax planning advice for his clients together with estate planning and related services. In his spare time, Paul is a keen golfer and enjoys most other sports, holidays and walking.
 
 
Phil Parsons FCA – Director

Phil trained with Clement Rabjohns and has been a Director of the firm for many years. He works alongside SMEs and owner-managed businesses across a wide range of sectors, providing general business guidance as well as specialist tax advice. He also advises business owners on their personal wealth strategies and asset protection.

In his spare time, Phil enjoys keeping fit and watching live sporting events.
 
 
Paul Woodward – Practice Manager

Paul joined the firm in 1994 as a trainee accountant and progressed into a practice management role.  His personal interest and experience in technology has helped him develop an accounting software support service which the firm offers to clients. He is also able to offer advice on Sage software.

In his spare time Paul likes to keep up to date with the latest advances in technology. He also enjoys computer gaming.
 
 
Joanne Allen FCA – Client manager

Joanne joined the firm in 2001 after graduating from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Accounting and Finance. She became a fully qualified Chartered Accountant in 2004 and took on the role of Client Manager. She is primarily involved in company audits and corporation tax and has gained extensive knowledge and experience in these areas over the years.

Outside of work, Joanne has two young boys to look after which takes up most of her spare time
Steve Nolan FCCA – Client Manager

Steve joined Clement Rabjohns from Pershore High School in 2001 as a trainee accountant. He completed the AAT qualification and then qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2009. He specialises in general accounting and tax planning for small to medium sized incorporated and unincorporated businesses and private individuals.

Steve enjoys following football especially Birmingham City FC, reading and running.
 
 
Andrew Lauer ACA – Client Manager

Andrew joined Clement Rabjohns in 2017. After leaving Prince Henry’s High School, he graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Economics and Accounting. He then qualified as a Charted Accountant in 2015. He is mainly involved in general accounting for small incorporated and unincorporated businesses.

Andrew has a young daughter and enjoys sport, reading and generally being outdoors.
 
 
Tanya Millward FCCA – Client Manager

Tanya joined Clement Rabjohns in 1986 as a trainee accountant and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1993.  She is a member of our tax team and she specialises in trust, estate and personal tax returns and accounts.

In her spare time Tanya plays tennis at her local tennis club and she also enjoys gardening and listening to music.
 
 
Hilary Hemming – Client Manager

Hilary joined the firm in 1997 having previously worked for HM Revenue & Customs for many years. She is a member of our tax team and she specialises in the completion of Self Assessment Tax Returns and offers personal tax advice to clients.

Outside of work Hilary enjoys music, films and reading.
 
 
Fran Harrison ACCA – Client Manager

Fran qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2014. She joined the firm as a trainee in 2008 after completing her A Levels at Chipping Campden School. She assists clients with all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping as well as having experience of the firm’s payroll function. She helps clients get the most from their computerised accounting systems with Sage being a speciality.

Fran enjoys travelling and would like to follow the Inca trail and climb Machu Picchu in the years ahead. She also likes to socialise with friends, attend music events and walking.
 
 
Trish Emms – Payroll Manager

Trish joined the firm in March 2015. She has a wealth of payroll knowledge and experience having been in her previous payroll appointment for over 16 years.

She spends her spare time playing bowls having represented Worcestershire at County and National level in recent years. She loves music and theatre and has two small grandchildren.

Nicole Bomford- Trainee Accountant

Nicole is currently studying towards her Association of Accounting Technician qualification having joined the firm in 2016. She assists in the preparation of accounts, audits and VAT returns as well as gaining experience in the Payroll department, giving her a wide experience of the accountancy profession.

Outside the office Nicole enjoys socialising with friends and listening to music.
 
 
Fiona Williams – Personal Assistant

Fiona joined the firm in 1989 as a receptionist. She attended Evesham College and obtained a Diploma in Office Studies. Her role as a Personal Assistant now embraces a wide range of secretarial and administrative responsibilities.

Fiona has lived in Worcestershire all her life and having been brought up in a village, she is a country girl at heart. She has a love of animals great and small and has had numerous pets including horses in the past.
 
 
Geraldine Smith – Personal Assistant

Geraldine joined the firm in 1965 as a receptionist and has the distinction of being continuously employed by the firm including its predecessor partnerships for over 50 years. During that time she has seen and adapted to many changes in the accountancy world and now works part-time as a Personal Assistant. Her role includes a wide range of administrative and secretarial responsibilities.

Geraldine lives just outside Evesham in a country village and enjoys gardening.
 
 
Tracey Farman – Personal Assistant

Tracey has been a Personal Assistant since she joined the firm in 2010.  She has lived in Evesham all her life and attended Evesham College where she obtained a Diploma in Secretarial Studies.  Her role includes a wide range of administrative and secretarial responsibilities.

In her spare time, Tracey enjoys travelling and uses her motorhome to visit many places far and near.
